My stay at Urban Living Suites was a mixed experience. The space was clean and quiet, though the lack of windows made it feel a bit closed off. The location was convenient for getting downtown, but quite sketchy, as it was next to a boarded-up storefront and the front desk was down the street. While the room was perfect for short-term stays, I encountered some unexpected odors and the service could have been better.
Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and quiet, although it felt unfinished with no windows. I also encountered odd odors during my stay, which was distracting.
Service
5.0
The service left much to be desired. When I asked for help regarding shopping options, the staff seemed dismissive and lacked basic people skills.
Location
5.0
While the location was easy to access downtown, I found it to be in a very seedy part of Toronto with a sketchy atmosphere and inconvenient access to the front desk.
Dining
5.0
Dining options nearby were limited, with only a few small food places available, which didn't cater to my cravings as a bacon junkie.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities felt a bit like a rooming house, lacking the boutique experience that I had expected. The communal areas were present, but didn't elevate the stay for me.

My stay at Urban Living Suites had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and uniquely furnished, which was a plus. However, the location felt a bit sketchy and the front desk was inconveniently located down the street. Overall, it's a mixed bag, but the friendly service was definitely a highlight! 😊
Rooms
7.0
The rooms were very clean and interestingly furnished, although they were located down a hall where the drywall and floors weren't even finished yet.
Service
8.0
The staff was very welcoming and friendly, but only until 9 am.
Location
5.0
While the location was fantastic for some shopping, it was also in a pretty sketchy part of Toronto.
Dining
8.0
I couldn't resist trying the traditional dishes, especially as a bacon junkie – they really believe in life beyond bacon!
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were basic and lacked soundproofing, which made it hard to ignore the noise from neighbors.

I had a mixed experience at Urban Living Suites. The room was very clean and quiet, though it lacked windows, which was an unusual aspect. The location was fantastic, right beside Bathurst and Dundas, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, the reception area seemed unfinished, which detracted from the overall vibe.

My room was very clean and quiet, although the lack of windows felt a bit strange (definitely not something I’m used to). It was small but enough for a traveler like me.
Service
5.0
The service was somewhat hit or miss. The staff could be curt and occasionally rude, but they did help me when I asked for more pillows and a blanket, and they provided bottles of water.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic! It’s right next to the streetcar, which made getting around a breeze. Plus, being by Kensington Market and Little Italy was a nice perk.
Dining
8.0
While I didn't dine extensively during my stay, I did appreciate the homemade pastries I encountered nearby (definitely a treat for a bacon junkie like me!).
Facilities
6.0
The facility had a communal feel, which was different for me (I didn’t feel like I was backpacking, though). However, the unfinished reception area with raw wood and unpainted trim made it feel a bit lacking.

My stay at Urban Living Suites had its highs and lows. The room was small but exceptionally clean, perfect for a solo traveler like me. However, the front desk was inconveniently located down the street, and the overall area felt a bit sketchy. The service was friendly but limited, as the staff were mainly present to hand out keys.
Rooms
7.0
The room was very small but incredibly clean, which I appreciated (totally a must for travelers like me).
Service
5.0
Though the service was friendly, it felt like the staff were only there to hand out keys. They did bring me extra pillows and some bottled water, which was nice.
Location
5.0
The location was handy but felt sketchy, with the front desk being down the street from the rooms. It was not exactly in the best part of Toronto, which made me a bit uneasy at times.
Dining
6.0
I didn't dine much at the hotel, but I loved that it seemed to cater to various preferences (as a bacon lover, I appreciated the diversity!).
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were underwhelming; the reception area was unfinished with raw wood and no phone. The courtyard was rough with unfinished landscaping, which detracted from the overall appeal.

My stay at Urban Living Suites had some ups and downs. The location was excellent for accessing the streetcar, but the area felt sketchy. The staff were friendly enough but weren't very responsive when I had issues. Overall, it seemed to be mid-construction, which was a bit disappointing.
Rooms
5.0
The room was small and quite disgusting, and it felt like it was in the middle of construction, with unfinished drywall and floors.
Service
5.0
The service seemed friendly, but they were only there to hand out keys, and when I asked for a refund, they refused to help.
Location
5.0
The location was convenient for the streetcar, but it was also in a sketchy part of Toronto, and the front desk was down the street from where my room was.
Dining
5.0
I didn't dine there, but I've heard they have good bacon and Neapolitan pizza options nearby.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities weren't properly set up; it seemed like dust was everywhere, and access was via a gravel path into an unfinished courtyard.
